Consultation and processing feespaid for application, admission, or visa services are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases where services were not delivered due to internal issues or procedural errors.
University admission or visa rejection decisions made by institutions or embassies are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund.
Any refundable amount, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days after approval.
We encourage students to carefully review service details and communicate with our counselors for full clarity before making payments.
